I was able to attend the STC Summit in Sacramento and much was discussed concerning instructional design methods.
I am also very impressed by the STC India site.
I was in Chennai last year working with our technical communicators and quality assurance analysts.
There is a good article in one of the past STC Technical Communication issues about Technical Communication in India and how the real need for Tech Comm is in India’s manufacturing / service industry and not foreign industry.
I am pretty sure that STC India won an award and if this is the case, congratulations!!!
