Intention

The intention of the Technical Editing Special Interest Group (TESIG) is to provide a one-stop shop for all edit queries, and stress on the importance of editing and the value that it adds to technical writing. This SIG intends to familiarize its members with editing processes and practices, and share the highlights of the technical editing as a profession.

Technical editors with varied experience and expertise will spearhead this SIG. This TESIG would provide an opportunity to learn and share experiences with technical writers and editors who work in varied domains.

Activities

The TESIG intends to interact with writers and editors for edit-related queries. This SIG will encourage its members to share resources related to editing.
